Brian Frank

Prior to joining Permanent Capital Ventures, Brian was Chief Operating Officer at Cameo. Prior to Cameo, Brian led Global Operations at LinkedIn, helping grow revenue from $75 million to over $6 billion over a 10-year period and leading over 1,300 professionals across Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, Sales Development, New Graduate Programs, Lead Generation, Advertising Operations, Channels and Partners, Sales Systems and Tools, Insights and Analytics, and Sales Operations. In addition, Brian helped launch LinkedIn Sales Solutions in 2012, one of the fastest growing SaaS businesses of all time.
Prior to LinkedIn, Brian spent 10 years at Ariba. He began his career at Ariba as Associate General Counsel and over his tenure led functions ranging from Business Development to Real Estate before his promotion to Regional Chief Financial Officer of the Americas Business Unit. Brian subsequently took on the role of General Manager, Contract Management Solutions.
Brian has served as an advisor to several technology companies, including DocuSign, Procore Technologies, Bluesky, BlueJeans (acquired by Verizon), and Flexport.
Brian holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, magna cum laude, and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, holding the distinctions of both Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers. He currently resides with his family in the Bay Area.
